Be seen. Be heard. Be in the room where decisions get made.
BAME to Boardroom coaches Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic professionals into senior leadership, and helps progressive organisations build the cultures that keep them there.

“Releasing the power of difference for remarkable results.”
These are the numbers BAME to Boardroom exists to change — one leader, one team, one organisation at a time.
Partners & Clients
Talent isn't the gap. Opportunity is.
Everyone deserves equal opportunities for development and progression at work — irrespective of their background, circumstances or beliefs.
Founded by Louisa Joseph after seventeen years inside corporate HR, BAME to Boardroom exists because Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic professionals are consistently less likely to be recruited and progress in the UK workplace than their white counterparts — despite equal talent and ambition. We coach the individuals, and we consult with the organisations, because closing that gap takes both.
